If you need to make changes or cancel your order after payment, please contact us within three hours. We guarantee a full refund for packages not delivered within 20 business days, except in cases of courier-related delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Warranties

If you receive a faulty item, please inform us within three days of delivery, providing photo or video evidence. All products are covered by a minimum manufacturer’s warranty of six months, which may extend to 12 months if indicated in the product description.

You will be responsible for the return postage, and we ask that you return products in their original condition. Expect to receive your refund within five days of us receiving the returned item, without any restocking fees.
